1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product is defective

• The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

• Clear unboxing photos or videos are required as proof

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Items without original packaging

• Items returned without prior approval

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

• We will arrange a replacement shipment for eligible cases

• Replacements are subject to product availability

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by Art Of Glass

• For any other reason, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

8. Final Decision

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Art Of Glass. Our decision will be final in cases of dispute.
