• You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed successfully

• Domestic Shipping (India):
  Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service

• Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays beyond our control

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment

• Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

5. Packaging & Safety

• All products are carefully packed using protective, multi-layer packaging to minimize damage during transit

• Despite our best efforts, glass products may be vulnerable during shipping; customers are requested to follow the unboxing instructions carefully

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear unboxing photos or videos as proof

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.

7. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

• Art Of Glass will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply

• Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

9. International Shipping

• Currently, Art Of Glass ships only within India

• International shipping may be introduced in the future
